Pageant Try outs - 7 am Pageant - open to public 6 pm Pageant - ending 8:30 pm; cleanup to follow Will use tables and chairs in commons area. Will require an additional 5 rectangular tables set up in commons area for various uses. Stage needs to be cleared. 2-3 rectangular tables on stage if possible (I can set those up if needed as well) Will need monitors (2), podium, piano, 2 corded mics, 2 cordless mics, lapel mic (if available) and sound system ALL SET UP AND PLUGGED IN AND READY TO GO PLEASE!!! Please make sure headsets for communication between back stage and sound booth are set up and ready to go. Will send insurance information when date is approved. Insurance policy has not changed from 2018 pageant. | ||
