Only those that need the machines will sleep in gym or in case of inclement weather Gym will be used for meeting on Saturday night. Sprinkler system off on the practice field for Saturday. Working with BRAN to provide insurance for the event. KAB will have recycle dispensers at location. Insurance will be provided by BRAN coordinator per Susan. | ||
