Sarah is setting up appointment with Allison Roberts prior to event to go over all the needs for this event (i.e. mics, computer, etc.). The NebMTA Western District Festival plans to use the rooms as the following: PAC as the Performing Room (need the piano), Choir Room as the Warm-Up Room (need the piano), a Generic Classroom as the Music Theory Test taking room, the Band Room as the Ear Training Test taking room, the Library as the Office and Judges room, and the lower commons as general waiting area and information area. Because this is a new event, it may be possible to end earlier but we will not know how many student entries we will have until approximately one to two months prior to the event. Please contact me with any questions. I am happy to help and appreciate the use of Alliance Public Schools. | ||
